Southern Commercial Real Estate Advisors LLC (d/b/a Southern Commercial) is a commercial real estate firm focusing on Office and Industrial properties in Florida and in Central Florida in particular. The company was founded in 2007 by William ?Bo? Bradford, Jr., CCIM, SIOR and Tom McFadden, SIOR. Within thirty days of opening up for business, Southern Commercial had secured the exclusive representation of fifteen different clients for more than 4.2 million square feet of assignments. Our client list includes local, regional and institutional owners, as well as pension funds and developers.

Southern Commercial was formed for numerous reasons, some of which are readily apparent when you enter into our 6th floor office located in the Wachovia Bank Building in the heart of downtown Orlando. For starters, we have invested heavily in technology, phone systems and computer equipment. Our systems and operating procedures are well designed and allow us to operate efficiently. Second, our relationships are our net worth. Being natives of Orlando, our clients and friends are many. Third, our industry as a whole has changed over the last five years. There is a consolidation of the brokerage companies occuring and there are fewer and fewer mid sized companies left. We believe that bigger is not always better and that commercial real estate is a relationship business. Larger brokerage companies don?t necessarily equate to better, more knowledgeable and talented brokers and our clients understand this. And this is precisely one more reason why we have started Southern Commercial: with the advances in technology over the last 10 years, smaller firms who have expertise in a specific field can provide the same marketing and research data needed to their cleints and compete effectively against larger companies... and win business.
